RETURNS & REFUNDS

Any return claims must be lodged within 7 days of your order being received. 

Any attempt to cancel an order must be done as soon as possible. We ship orders on a daily basis. We do not charge a fee for cancellations however if a cancellation is requested after your order has been dispatched, you will receive a refund minus the shipping charge.

We do not add parabens, sulfates, or phthalates to our blends. Perfume oils and hair mists are crafted with fine French fragrance concentrates and gentle carrier oils. Interior fragrances may contain alcohol for optimal scent diffusion.

Patch Test First: If you have sensitive skin or allergies, perform a small patch test before full application.

Packaging and labels may vary slightly due to limited stock or supplier availability, but product quality and formulation remain the same. Keep products out of reach of children and away from open flames.
