How do I hear about new scents first?

Join the LeScent Members Club. Members get Pre-Release Access to selected new scents before they open to everyone. You can also sign up to our emails at the bottom of any page to hear when new scents land.

Can I request a fragrance that LeScent doesn’t currently offer?

Yes. Send us the fragrance name you’re looking for and we’ll review the request. We can’t guarantee that every requested fragrance will be sourced or added to the LeScent range.

Can I get the same scent in a different format?

Often, yes. Many of our scents come in more than one format, such as Roll-On Perfume Oil, Perfume Hair Mist, Perfume Fragrance or Interior Fragrance. It varies by scent, so check the product page or browse by product type to see what's available. Wearing the same scent in two formats is also an easy way to layer it.

How do I choose a fragrance online without smelling it first?

Start with what you already know you like. If you love a well-known fragrance, use the Inspired By filter to find our version. Then use Fragrance Family and Scent Mood to shortlist two or three, and check the Opening, Heart and Trail notes on each product page. Still unsure? Tell us what you normally wear and we'll help you narrow it down.

Why does a fragrance change after I first apply it, and how should I try it?

Fragrances develop over time as different parts of the composition become more or less noticeable. Start with a light application and give the fragrance time to develop before deciding how you feel about it, because the opening is only one part of the overall scent.

What does “Inspired by” mean?

“Inspired by” identifies the fragrance style or scent profile that influenced a LeScent fragrance. The product is a LeScent product, not the original designer or niche fragrance, and LeScent is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the brands referenced.

Will a LeScent fragrance smell exactly like the original fragrance it is inspired by?

No. Each LeScent fragrance is our interpretation of the scent profile and overall character it is inspired by. It is not represented as an identical copy of the original fragrance.

What if a fragrance I want is sold out?

If a product offers a Back in Stock option, use it on the product page to be notified when it becomes available again. You can also contact support@lescent.com.au if you need help finding an alternative.
