We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day. During unusually busy periods or public holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Tracking is sent once your order has been dispatched. Use the Australia Post tracking link provided with your shipment for the latest tracking updates and estimated delivery date for your address.

Yes. LeScent can deliver to eligible PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia through Australia Post.

Not at the moment. LeScent currently ships within Australia only.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived by Australia Post’s expected delivery date, contact support@lescent.com.au with your order number. We’ll check the tracking and raise or follow up on an Australia Post enquiry where appropriate.

Check the delivery location, safe place, mailbox or Parcel Locker and with anyone at the address first. If it’s still missing, contact support@lescent.com.au with your order number and we’ll investigate.

Contact support@lescent.com.au as soon as possible. We’ll try to make the requested change before dispatch, but changes can’t be guaranteed once processing has started. Dispatched orders can’t be cancelled, and redirection after dispatch may not always be possible.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact support@lescent.com.au with the name and email address used at checkout and we’ll check the order.

Skin, weather and scent perception can affect how a fragrance smells from one wear to another. If something still seems different, contact support@lescent.com.au with the relevant order numbers and we’ll look into it.

Change-of-mind returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery where the product is unopened, unused, in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Contact returns@lescent.com.au before sending anything back. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility and original shipping charges aren’t refunded for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Opened or used fragrance products aren’t eligible for a change-of-mind return simply because the scent isn’t right for you. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Contact returns@lescent.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant. We’ll review the issue and confirm the appropriate next step. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law aren’t affected.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. LeScent will process an approved refund within 5 business days, although your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear.

If a product offers a Back in Stock option, use it on the product page to be notified when it becomes available again. You can also contact support@lescent.com.au if you need help finding an alternative.

Yes. LeScent blends and fills its finished products using selected fragrance oils, bases and other formulation materials appropriate to each product format.

Some LeScent products may be prepared in small batches or made to order depending on the product and current stock. This helps us manage a broad fragrance range while maintaining fresh stock.

Yes. Tell us the scent styles or notes you normally enjoy, such as fresh, woody, floral, sweet, clean or warm, and whether you prefer something subtle or more noticeable. We can help narrow down the current range.

For something more skin-close, start with a Roll-On Perfume Oil. If you want greater diffusion and presence, a spray Perfume Fragrance is usually the better starting point. How any fragrance wears varies with skin, application and conditions.

Choose Perfume Fragrance for a traditional spray scent with broader diffusion, Perfume Hair Mist for a lighter fragrance designed for the hair, Roll-On Perfume Oil for a more skin-close experience, and Perfume Primers for minimalist molecule-style fragrance or layering. A simple routine is to apply your Perfume Primer first and allow it to settle, then add your main Perfume Fragrance. Roll-On Perfume Oil can be used on pulse points before or alongside the spray layer, and Perfume Hair Mist can be added through the hair as a lighter final layer. You don’t need to use every format at once.

LeScent Perfume Fragrance is a 50ml personal spray formulated with 15% fragrance oil. The finished formula also contains the perfume base and other formulation materials.

Mist lightly through dry hair from a short distance rather than saturating one area. Focus on the lengths of the hair, avoid spraying directly into the face or eyes, and start with a few mists before adding more if needed.

Hair Mist is intended to provide a lighter fragrance experience than your main Perfume Fragrance. How noticeable it feels will still depend on the scent, application and environment.

Roll-On Perfume Oil is a concentrated fragrance format applied directly to pulse points with a roller. It gives precise, skin-close application and its compact format makes it convenient for touch-ups during the day.

LeScent Roll-On Perfume Oil is formulated with 40% fragrance oil in the 10ml roll-on format.

Apply lightly to pulse points such as the wrists, neck or behind the ears. Start with one or two light passes and add more only if you want a stronger result.

They can be worn alone or used for layering rather than imitating a complete designer fragrance.

Iso E Super has a smooth, airy woody character that can feel subtle and skin-like. It suits customers looking for an understated molecule scent or a soft woody layering base.

Iso G Super (Gamma) has a deeper woody character than Iso E Super and suits customers looking for a more noticeable woody direction in their layering routine.

No. Perfume Primers are intended for layering and can change how a fragrance wears, but LeScent does not guarantee a specific increase in longevity. Performance varies with the fragrance, application, skin and environment.

LeScent Interior Fragrance is an alcohol-based fragrance spray designed for rooms, fabrics and soft furnishings. It is intended for your space rather than for use as a personal fragrance on skin or hair.

Yes. Interior Fragrance is designed for use in room air and on suitable fabrics and soft furnishings. Mist lightly from a short distance rather than saturating the material, and test an inconspicuous area first on delicate, coloured or unfamiliar fabrics.

No. Interior Fragrance is intended for rooms and suitable fabrics. Use one of LeScent’s personal fragrance formats for skin or hair.

There isn’t one fixed duration. Room size, airflow, ventilation, fabric type and the amount used can all affect how long the fragrance remains noticeable. Reapply lightly when needed.

Interior Fragrance is alcohol-based, so keep it away from flames, ignition sources and excessive heat and use it according to the product directions.

“Inspired by” identifies the fragrance style or scent profile that influenced a LeScent fragrance. The product is a LeScent product, not the original designer or niche fragrance, and LeScent is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the brands referenced.

No. Each LeScent fragrance is our interpretation of the scent profile and overall character it is inspired by. It is not represented as an identical copy of the original fragrance.
