The website is operated by LESCENT PTY LIMITED, ABN 80 641 819 463, trading as LeScent.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any other policies that apply to your purchase, including our Shipping & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

You may use the website for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms.

• misuse the website or interfere with its operation
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts
• introduce malicious code
• scrape, copy or reproduce website content in a way that infringes our rights

Some LeScent products are described as being inspired by another fragrance or scent profile.

This means the LeScent product is influenced by that fragrance profile. It is not the original branded fragrance.

LeScent is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with the referenced brand unless expressly stated otherwise.

Third-party brand names or trademarks are used only to help describe fragrance inspiration or comparison.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment can be made using the payment methods displayed at checkout from time to time.

We may correct obvious pricing, description or technical errors where they occur.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information contains an obvious error, payment cannot be authorised, we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or we cannot fulfil the order as requested.

If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot fulfil, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact support@lescent.com.au as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to assist before dispatch, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping, delivery, change-of-mind returns, damaged or incorrect orders and refund processing are covered by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Our products come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where a product has a major failure or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Some features of the website may allow you to create or use a customer account.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for providing accurate information.
