We ship all orders via Australia Post standard delivery. Your order will be delivered in 1-3 working days to metro areas, and 3-7 working days to regional areas.

If you live in Sydney and want to save on postage a great option is to use our free Click & Collect service.

How does Click & Collect work?

Simply choose your products online and add them to your shopping cart. At the point of checkout, select the 'Click & Collect' option under Delivery Method. We'll prepare your order which will be available to collect from one of our pop up stores (Please refer to our 'Store Location').

How will I know when my order is ready to collect?

When your order is ready, you'll receive a confirmation email to let you know that the order is ready and a confirmation of the location. This will usually be within a 24 hour timeframe from the time of placing your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

 What do I need to bring when collecting my order?

Please present your order confirmation email at the time of collection along with photo ID. If someone else is collecting an order on your behalf, we require written authorization. 

How long will you hold Click & Collect orders? 

Orders must be collected with 14 days from the time of the collection notification otherwise they automatically will be cancelled. 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Any return claims must be lodged within 7 days of your order being received. 

Any attempt to cancel an order must be done as soon as possible. We ship orders on a daily basis. We do not charge a fee for cancellations however if a cancellation is requested after your order has been dispatched, you will receive a refund minus the shipping charge.  

If you change your mind on a purchase, you can return your items to LeScent. Returns must be lodged within 7 days and must be received within 14 days of receipt, per the conditions below:

  • Product/s must be unopened and in their original condition, still in resalable condition.

  • Product/s must be returned to us as they arrived to you: with adequate protection during transit.

  • Full refunds will not be issued for goods received back in damaged condition. This includes during freight

Please contact us if you would like to arrange a return. We will forward a Return Authorization form, which must accompany the returned goods.

We recommend using a registered postal method when returning goods to us. This minimises the chances of a lost parcel and avoids disputes. You are responsible for any product/s damage during transit as a result of unsuitable packaging.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

Any claim against a product sold by LeScent must be lodged in writing (via email with photo proof) to LeScent within 7 days of receipt. 

Email address for all claims to be sent to info@lescent.com.au. Please provide photos of the faulty or damaged product.

If it is then agreed that the item should be returned to LeScent, then this must be received by LeScent within 14 days of receipt.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened and used.

Returns will not be accepted beyond these times, and no further communication will be undertaken.

 

INCORRECT PRODUCTS

All orders are picked and checked twice prior to sending them. In the very rare instance that Perfumery has sent you an incorrect product, please leave the item unopened and contact us. We will provide you with a Reply Paid address and send the correct item. Any opened products, regardless if correctly sent, are not eligible for return.
