What kind of perfume do you sell?


We mainly sell samples and decants of niche fragrances. It’s a great way to test out and see if you like the perfume that you’re after before purchasing the full retail bottle.




What are Niche Perfumes?


Niche perfumes are fragrances made to last and to be appreciated forever as a work of art. Niche perfume is contemporary and never goes out of style, there is not a specific time to define them or to make them out of fashion. Niche Perfumes are created to valorize very selective raw materials which combine unique and sometimes daring olfactory nuances. Niche fragrances are richer and full of personality.




Do you sell used/partial/full bottles?


We do have a small collection, please contact us and we can assist you in your request.

Order fulfillment during Covid-19

Is your perfume authentic?


All of our fragrances are genuine and are purchased from authorised sellers.

Perfume Decant

How are the samples made?


The perfume is extracted and transferred from the actual retail bottle into a smaller glass vial/bottle atomizer. We use two ways depending on the the retail bottle, which is using a sterile pipette/syringe or by the spray method. Usually there is a tiny bit of space left at the very top of the bottle and that is for the pressurisation so the atomiser can function properly.




What size decant do you offer?


We offer 10ml, 30ml and 50ml glass vial/bottle atomizer. Please refer to our 'What is decanting' at the bottom of the page for more information with visuals.




How is it labelled?


If left unchecked we will professionally label the product to the correspondent genuine product.




Can I personalize the label?


Yes, you can. But you definitely need to write and inform us about it in advance.




What is the air gap at the top of the vial?


Please note, there is the air gap left at the top of the bottles which is important for pressurization in atomizers. Airspace does not mean you received less than the listed amount.




How can I order a full bottle?


If you wish to buy the full bottle please contact us. As we have not implemented that option to our business as yet.




Do you offer used or partial bottle for sale?


We do, please contact us to check what we have to offer.




How many ml do your atomizers actually contain?


Our atomizers can actually hold 1-2mls more then stated for example: Our 10 ml Spray Bottles may contain 11-12 ml liquid but we fill them exactly 10 ml because the air gap left at the top of the bottles which is important for pressurization in atomizers. Airspace does not mean you received less than the listed amount.




How long does it take to process a perfume decant/sample?


Please allow 1-3 business days for decant handling time.

A sample is not the full bottle as per the picture. However, our samples are 100% authentic and decanted from an original bottle. The photo is used as a reference only. Any size including 10ml , 30ml, 50ml in the description is exactly that- a sample from the full bottle. KF94 Face Mask

What is KF94 Face Mask?


KF94 Face Mask is a 4ply face mask and also the South Korean equivelant of the N95 Face Mask. “KF” in KF94 stands for “Korean filter,” and the “94” indicates a 94 percent filtration efficacy. KF94 Mask is a mask that contains 4 layers to block 94% microorganisms in the air such as fine dust. It is designed with a curved edge to fit your face to provide effective protection and easier breathing.




How to use?


1. Clean hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand sanitiser before touching the mask.
2. Hold the mask by its ear loops. Place a loop around each ear. The edge of the mask that is stiff and bendable is the top and is meant to be moulded to the shape of your nose.
3. Mould or pinch the stiff edge to the shape of your nose.
4. Cover mouth and nose with mask and make sure there are no gaps between your face and the mask.

Do the masks contain graphene?


DO NOT contain graphene or any other chemicals. Our masks are hypoallergenic. The Good Manner KF94 Premier Defence Masks is manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015 certified factory to ensure it meets the highest of testing and quality standards.




Is the mask reusable?


Good Manner KF94 Premier Defence Mask is intended for single use only. We suggest it can be used for (8) 1-hour trips to the grocery store or (1) 8-hour workday.




Do the masks come individually packaged?


In order to maintain the highest level of sterility, each Good Manner KF94 Premier Defence Mask is individually packed for a 1 pack. Goodmanner also supply a package of 5.

What is your return & refund policy?


Due to obvious hygienic and sterility reasons, all orders are considered a final sale and no returns or refunds will be accepted.

If you are still unable to locate your order, please get in contact with the courier as soon as possible, as they will be able to clarify where your parcel has been delivered to and where the driver has left your order. If you are unable to get in touch with the courier company directly, please let us know and we will contact them on your behalf.

What is the refund and exchange policy?


All purchases on our website are final so please choose your purchase carefully. In the event that you have received an incorrect or faulty product please contact us. For more information please refer to our 'Return & Refund Policy' section located at the bottom of the page.




How long will it take to process my return?


Once your order has arrived back at our warehouse, please allow up to 2-10 business days for your return to be processed. We will always contact you via email once this has been processed.




What do I return my items in?


You can use the packaging that the parcel was delivered in, if it is in a condition that it can be securely returned, or you can purchase a new satchel from the post office at your own expense.




Do I have to return the gift with purchase?


No, this yours to keep.




What happens if my item is faulty or damaged?


Should goods arrive damaged or faulty, we may provide a replacement item or credit note as appropriate. Please contact us immediately in the event of damage or faults. Please provide digital photographs that the item arrived damaged. This information will be used to file a claim with our courier.




Are returns acceptable?


All purchases on our online store are final so please choose your purchase carefully. Please, ask all questions and before making the purchase as All Sales Are Final.
